About me...
I'm Boris Roa, a Chilean actor based in Miami. With over 15 years of experience, I've worked in everything from classical theater to international television, always seeking new roles, challenges, and growth. I trained in Chile and Miami at institutions such as UNIACC, the Fernando González Theater School, Teatro Prometeo, and the Adriana Barraza Acting Studio. I also complement my career with workshops and ongoing training. Currently, I'm focusing my career on film and television, while still maintaining theater, which remains a vital force in my life.

We presented this play as a compilation of seven Shakespeare plays, summarized in seven scenes. In all of them, I played the male characters accompanying the lead actress. However, the focus of the play was on Juliet's nurse, a comic character I thoroughly enjoyed seeing come to life on stage.
Shakespeare's Women (2011)

A true story about Jews escaping World War II. I played Otto, a crew member on a German ship who made life miserable for the refugees. It was a challenging role for me, and a role that allowed me to explore the darker side of the human condition.
The Port of Broken Glass (2016)

This play came into my life in August 2018 and has been performed in different theaters in Miami at various times. In it, I play Mateo, a young man with a disability who finds a disassembled bicycle and becomes excited by the idea of traveling the world. He's a very special character for me, and he always fills me with satisfaction every time I return to this story.
